Laura Raso is a Licensed Conveyancer with over 25 years’ experience in conveyancing and property law. She holds a Certified Practising Conveyancer (CPC) from the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Vic. Div). Laura worked at Melbourne’s top law firms before opening Darebin & Monnee Valley Conveyancing.                    

As Principal Conveyancer, she oversees all files from contract reviews to settlement. Laura ensures buyers’ interests are protected and prepares high-standard Contracts of Sale.

She also has extensive experience assisting developers with complex Plans of Subdivision.                  

Rachel is a passionate and experienced Licensed Conveyancer with nearly 20 years in the legal industry.                    

Her strong knowledge across all areas of conveyancing, combined with a customer-first approach, helps clients feel confident and supported throughout the process.

Clients describe her as approachable, informative, and dedicated.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys cooking, cleaning (yes, it’s a hobby!), reading, baking, music, shopping, and socialising. She’s a proud Hawks supporter, follows Formula 1 & horse racing.                  

Kate Norton is a Licensed Conveyancer with more than 35 years' experience in the legal industry, specialising in residential conveyancing, subdivisions and related party transfers. Holding a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing), Kate combines extensive technical expertise with a warm, approachable manner and is passionate about building genuine relationships with clients through honest advice, clear communication and exceptional service.

Outside the office, Kate enjoys camping, travelling and spending time with family and friends. She's also a tragic North Melbourne supporter—and if there's a Bourbon and Coke going at a team function, Kate certainly won't be the one to knock it back!

Belinda is a highly experienced Licensed Conveyancer with over a decade in the property industry.

She has a proven track record of guiding clients through their transactions with confidence, clarity, and care. Her exceptional organisational skills and proactive approach ensure a smooth process from start to finish, while her friendly, approachable nature helps clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their property goals, Belinda enjoys travelling, going to concerts, and discovering new cuisines from around the world.

Natalie holds a law degree and brings valuable legal knowledge and strong organisational skills to the team.

She plays an important role in keeping matters on track, ensuring documentation is accurate, and supporting the smooth progression of each file. With her attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service, Natalie helps provide a seamless experience for clients from start to finish.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family—which includes her partner, two kids, and two dogs. She loves to travel, and in her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and TV shows, as well as gaming.

Julie is our Client Relationship Coordinator and a skilled, dependable member of the team. She brings extensive experience across the property and legal industries, with a strong background in client service, sales, and business development.

Prior to joining us, Julie held roles with Lawpoint Pty Limited, the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), and RP Data, giving her a thorough understanding of the property sector and the importance of building strong client relationships.

Julie plays a key role in supporting clients throughout their conveyancing journey. With exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a warm, approachable nature, she ensures every enquiry is handled efficiently and every client feels informed, supported, and valued.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, shopping, and relaxing with a good movie and a glass of wine.

A background in Supply Chain Management & Planning, Sam has worked for large organisations including; Ford, Delphi (GM) & Lion Nathan. Sam brings to Moonee Valley Conveyancing a strong skill set which includes; business administration, process management and strategic and tactical business planning.                    

Sam’s role as Business Manager covers all non-conveyancing aspects of the business including sales and marketing, I.T., payroll, accounts receivable and payable, and recruitment and HR.

Sam is a passionate Collingwood supporter whose interests include soccer, tennis, travelling, property development and share investment and attending his children’s sporting activities.
